TRULY the best hidden secret of the whole country. Absolutely beautiful space with really
amazing people and delicious food and drinks! The cafe is open daily without reservation,
however, make sure to call to get a reservation for your meal.
Definitely worth visiting to sit, relax, and be surrounded by beautiful local art.

Spring time of St.Lucia
The best cafe in St. Lucia!!!
I visited Adeline many times during my stay in St. Lucia last year. I was staying at the
northern end of the island, because of the work I was posted for.
Her beautiful Air BnB located right below the cafe where I had coffee every weekend! I’ve
tried most things on the menu, from juices, coffee and pastries to hot, freshly prepared
authentic Caribbean dishes, and I’ve been blown away every time.
There was always a wide variety of quality food and drink to choose from and on top of
that I have to mention how well they catered to my taste buds.
Adeline and Roy were so kind and accommodating and always went above and beyond.
The setting and decor of the cafe gives it a real traditional feel, bringing a vibrant yet
relaxing atmosphere.
Of course I walked around a lot (as I always do) 🙂 but I always stopped at Adeline’s for
something nice to complement the fresh and aromatic coffee/cappuccino.
I am guilty of having a sweet tooth so my personal favorites were Adeline’s Cake and Roy’s
Iced Almond Milk Latte – simply divine!!!
I recommend trying Adeline’s coffee, as well as staying at the Guest House. Тhe
combination of the two makes the trip and feel to the island unforgettable. Wherever you
are staying you MUST go here – you won’t regret it!
Delicious and unique
Wherever I went around the island, I always looked to pass by this colorful cafe during the
day and drink from the wonderful delicious drinks they offer. Of course after I traveled on
the weekends to different places around the island and stopped each time for a coffee
(sometimes on the way there and back) we became friends. Aromatic coffee accompanied
by friendly conversations was always one of the best experiences of the day.
Order in advance and eat the best meal on the island or grab a juice/ fresh coffee on your
drive through Canaries.

A nice road-trip relaxation spot has recently opened up just to the north of Canaries – stop
there for a local juice and maybe a bit of fresh-baked bread with local jam. Take a look a
selection of local crafts and art sprinkled with a few lovely pieces from Afrika!

Escape in style
Adelines Art Guest house offers In the shade, looking over the trees towards the Carribean
sea view. The birds singing in the morning. Peaceful and wonderful.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. The living room has a nice home theatre and
Netflix, etc. Very nice place to relax after a busy day.
All rooms have A/C. The bedrooms are beautiful. Showers are amazing.
Adeline is an wonderful host. She made us a wonderful and tasty meal when we arrived.
The location is also great. Canaries is a short (on very windy roads) drive to Soufriere with
many natural attractions nearby. Gros Pitons, Soufriere Drive In Volcano (and mud baths),
Sugar Beach (snorkelling and white sand beach), and Anse Chastanet (snorkelling).
Would’ve enjoyed more days!
