Model Release Agreement for Plamen Troshev Photography

This Model Release Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between Plamen Troshev Photography (“Photographer”) and the undersigned model or subject (“Model”) in connection with the creation and use of photographic or visual content (the “Content”).

By signing this Agreement, Model grants Photographer the right to use and license the Content as described below:

Release of Likeness and Image

Model hereby grants Photographer, their legal representatives, and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs or visual content of Model, in whole or in part, for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to advertising, marketing, promotion, and editorial use, without further compensation to Model.

Ownership and Copyright

Model acknowledges that Photographer is the sole owner of the copyright in the Content and that Model has no ownership rights to the Content. Model agrees not to claim ownership or seek any royalties or compensation resulting from the use of the Content.

Release of Claims

Model releases Photographer and their legal representatives, employees, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, or liabilities arising out of the use of the Content, including but not limited to claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of any personal or proprietary right.

Consent for Use

Model consents to the use of their name, likeness, and any descriptive or biographical information provided by Model in connection with the use of the Content.

Compensation

Model acknowledges that no compensation, monetary or otherwise, is owed to Model for the use of the Content, except as may be otherwise agreed upon in writing between Model and Photographer.

Confidentiality

Model understands and agrees that any aspect of the photo session, including but not limited to locations, props, and concepts, may be confidential, and Model agrees not to disclose such confidential information without Photographer’s prior written consent.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria and the EU, and any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bulgaria or the EU court.
